January 18th, 2013 – The Expo (12:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.)
January 19th, 2013 – The Advocate Cypress 5K (8:00 a.m.)
January 19th, 2013 – The Advocate Kids Marathon (9:30 a.m., follows 5K)
January 19th, 2013 – Wellness & Fitness Expo (10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
January 20th, 2013 – Marathon, The Half (7:00 a.m.)
If you ran in the Inaugural Louisiana Marathon, you are now an official member of the Krewe of 1812. Please see registration calendar in the Pre-Race section of the website. Rates increase again on January 18th at The Expo.
The Louisiana Marathon was established to bring to Louisiana and capital city of Baton Rouge its first multi-format event. On January 20, 2013, the eyes of the world will be focused on the main event of the weekend, The Louisiana Marathon. Friends, family and curious spectators will line up along the 26.2 miles of roadways filled with inspiring sights and sounds to cheer on the many that chose to run. The Louisiana Marathon course features a fast, flat, runner-friendly path through the lakes, along the river, around downtown, on the university campus and in historic neighborhoods.

The Expo at The Louisiana Marathon® will feature exhibitors showcasing the latest trends, designs, and advances in running shoes and apparel from various sports, fitness, and nutrition information and products. PACKET PICK UP & LATE REGISTRATION
The Expo is the only place you can pick-up your registration packet. Bring a picture ID. If the races are not filled to capacity, there will be a registration booth at the expo. There will not be race day registration or race day packet pick-up.
Every participant in the marathon, half marathon, 5K and Kids Marathon will receive an Official Participant Guide via e-mail in which includes a link to print your confirmation ticket. There will also be links on the website to print your confirmation ticket. Bring the confirmation ticket and your photo ID to the Expo to pick up your packet. For The Advocate 5K, only your photo ID is needed.There is absolutely no race day pick-up available (except if you are participating the Rendezvous De Ja Vu combination 5K and marathon or half). If you are unable to get your packet, give your Participant Guide back cover to a friend to take to the Expo. Your friend will present your bib number and his/her identification. Your friend will sign a form stating your race packet was picked up and then be directed to the proper pick up area. [Expo Map]
